As a nonprofit entity, ATI focuses on workforce development to fill the hundreds of thousands of required positions to support the existing and planned high-tech manufacturing facilities. We have a comprehensive approach to connect with and develop qualified and diverse candidates with focused educational and hands-on training programs at a much lower cost to employers.
Together with our industry partners, we identify qualifications and create educational programs, internships, and apprenticeships to build a predictable pipeline for high-tech career placement.
